Growing our team in our Capability and Innovation Center in India has been a recent strategic investment decision. At the same time, we are investing across many teams and other global locations. Unfortunately, we've also had to make some adjustments across the organization. Like any business, we've had to realign our talent to deliver on our goals in the best way possible.
