Pros

Cons

I have none. This is hands down the best company I have worked for. From Onboarding and Training to being in Field, I absolutely love working for @ClassPass.

Pros

Remote first culture. A lot of kind and smart coworkers. Product is well known

Cons

In the last year, sales teams have struggled to even get close to their quota. Majority not hitting. When I started a few years ago it was the opposite, almost everyone was hitting quota before end of the month. Not so much anymore. What was a “safe” feeling job is now filled with dread of layoffs or moving to a churn and burn culture. The stress has affected culture and it’s not a fun place to work anymore either. Pay is not up to par. Not many opportunities to move internally or for promotion. We have Flex Time off but if you take any time away, you’re for sure not hitting your numbers and can probably expect to be terminated.
