Great workplace with supportive culture
Pros
Everything you want in a workplace. Great benefits, flexible work schedules, fantastic team, lots of support, and more. The interview process was really simple and transparent. It's a great product that is constantly getting better. A lot of companies just have core values in name only, Mindbody integrates theirs into every facet of theirs. I'm really enjoying working here and really don't have much to complain about. You can chase promotions/move to new teams very easily so there are tonnes of career opportunities.
Cons
If I had to be hyper-critical, hiring decisions could be faster. There were a number of promotions that left our team a bit sparse, so I had to take on a number of accounts faster than planned. I also came from the start-up space and so I was used to being able to use new tools/software without having to request access first.
