Management hosts meetings to see what staff want improved and walk away without implementing ANYTHING. Reported a slander made by another staff member before residents and management LAUGHED IT OFF. GOSSIP GOSSIP GOSSIP which leads to a very HOSTILE WORK ENVIRONMENT. For any NEW NURSES, they will EAT YOU ALIVE for your first year. AVOID STATION 2 (downstairs) Day NURSES. CLIQUES CLIQUES CLIQUES which lead to more HOSTILE WORK ENVIRONMENT.
