Great place to work - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Plaza Healthcare Employee Review

Plaza has a wonderful team that and management truly cares about their staff. There are opportunities for advancement, educational opportunities and a great support system for all employees, no matter what department you work in.

Only downside is how far I live from Plaza.

SOME of the staff was great to work with!

Management will smile and PRETEND they are friendly while waiting to write you up for nonsense or accuse you of something that never happened and then have to take it back! Complete chaos on the floor when short staffed (which is often). Too many toxic employees walking around amongst the good employees! Always firing a slew of staff and then don't hire people fast enough to take up those spots but then want to blame the staff when some things go wrong because of being short staffed.
