      Pros

      The management really cares about the staff as well as the residents here. We receive lots of support from the CEO on a daily basis. He implemented free meals as a perk for all staff, we have a very substantial referral bonus program, shift diff pay for all floor staff as well as extra shift bonus pay. Our compensation for our nursing staff as well as respiratory staff is one of the highest in the Valley. Our staffing ratios are the best in the Valley as well. I personally love that there is an open door policy with management and zero micromanagement.

      Pros

      Plaza has a wonderful team that and management truly cares about their staff. There are opportunities for advancement, educational opportunities and a great support system for all employees, no matter what department you work in.

      Cons

      Only downside is how far I live from Plaza.

      SOME of the staff was great to work with!

      Cons

      Management will smile and PRETEND they are friendly while waiting to write you up for nonsense or accuse you of something that never happened and then have to take it back! Complete chaos on the floor when short staffed (which is often). Too many toxic employees walking around amongst the good employees! Always firing a slew of staff and then don't hire people fast enough to take up those spots but then want to blame the staff when some things go wrong because of being short staffed.
