Plaza truly cares for its staff in a way I have rarely seen at other employers. Just a few of the pros of working at Plaza Healthcare include: competitive wages across the position spectrum, an on-site diner with a revitalized menu for staff and families, and opportunities for growth and professional development within the company.

Healthcare is an ever changing field that comes with its struggles. COVID hit all industries very hard in terms of supply chain issues, lack of staff, and reduced morale. Plaza suffered through the same struggles, but I am proud to say that management did everything they could to support its staff and secure jobs during those difficult times.

SOME of the staff was great to work with!

Management will smile and PRETEND they are friendly while waiting to write you up for nonsense or accuse you of something that never happened and then have to take it back! Complete chaos on the floor when short staffed (which is often). Too many toxic employees walking around amongst the good employees! Always firing a slew of staff and then don't hire people fast enough to take up those spots but then want to blame the staff when some things go wrong because of being short staffed.
