Pros
You never spend money because you will always be at work. Wages are really good because they are unrealistic and not sustainable.
Cons
Everything, This place is a freaking nightmare. There is not ONE single employee that is happy at Plethora. The only reason people stay are because of the wages. This place is a investor funded nightmare. The CEO has no idea about the industry he is in, and what is takes to make a machine shop run. His ideas and exceptions are completely unrealistic. This company is running strictly off investors money and are losing money on EVERY job they take in. During my short time with the company we have gone through 2 plant managers, 2 QC managers, and 2 supply chain managers. The CEO refuses to listen any personal that has years of experience. I would be surprised and impressed if this company is open in another year. The wages they pay every employee are unrealistic and not sustainable. They make promises they can not keep, deadlines that they already know are going to be late. When they see this happing all the blame and/or repercussions are put on the production team. Not seeing and realizing that the same mistakes are made on a 3 month rotation and are the CEOs fault. If you are considering this place for employment, investing, or a customer, RUN THE OTHER WAY! I have witnessed really good, hardworking individuals get fired from the job simply because they are the escape goat. The other smart and hardworking personal leave because the see the writing on the wall.
