Implementation-of-the-week management culture. Upper management spends too much time preaching/lecturing to the boots on the ground, and far too little listening to them. Middle and lower management seem to find it difficult to communicate interactively, as well. The pay is substandard. Diversity is fine, as long as it conforms exactly to their way of thinking. We continue to hemorrhage the good people, as they leave for less frustrating, better paying opportunities.
