Pros
Good first job as a fledgling engineer. One can get experience in a variety of areas of engineering and manufacturing.
Cons
After a couple of years there is not much more technical advancement at the company. There is little interest from management in supporting further technical development of engineering staff which then limits types of projects the company is successful in winning. Seasoned engineers are forced into management like positions or let go. Not a place where one can become a technical expert in a certain area.
