Pros

Great engineers. Work with some of the best engineering minds in the business. Pay isn't the worst in the area and the company is relatively financially stable.

Cons

Questionable management. Ability of a very skilled technical and business-savvy person to move upward in the company is extremely limited. You need to go the right midwestern schools or be related to the right person usually to ever move upward. It certainly isn't a meritocracy when it comes to advancement and pay.

Nice folks, decent pay at time, good experience. Clean workplace, emphasis on safety.

Cons

Management could be better, but not bad. Always chasing customer deadlines, but that is to be expected
