A lot of training, but all on computer and it’s just reading and take a short test, that you have to be a complete moron to fail. Met a couple of good people

Constant parts shortages, so one week you might get 20 hours a week overtime, the next, sent home for no work. Don’t work over 60 hours, or you will be written up, because of some coalition they had to join because they have plants in Asia. I was once completing a test, but to finish would be over 60. Had to stop a 1.5 hour test, with about 30 minutes to go. Had to repeat test the next day with new payroll. started. Talk of diverse hiring, but hiring Indians fresh off the boat, not a great plan. I literally trained two employees who were living outside Bombay the week before. Supervisors who can barely speak English, and have never worked with the equipment, telling you your doing it wrong. Very cliquish, can never have a conversation at lunch, due to all the jabbering in foreign languages. Employees speak their language on the floor, so they can criticize others. Always walking on eggshells, afraid of making a mistake, or you’ll get terminated. Quarterly rah rah meetings, but don’t dare ask a question that is real and not rah rah, and will be written up.
