Underpaid Long working hours Poor opportunities Blurry job scope, apart from being an engineer, you are a clerk, technician, administrator and manager at the same time. Poor SOP enforcement and quality mindset on the floor. Everything is revenue driven, anything is possible and can be done for revenue, including shipping below par product to customer. Shameful. This is the worst part. Managers spending all day sitting on their chairs sending emails and WhatsApp. They have pathetically poor sense of whats happening on the floor, which resulted in countless poor decisions. Even worst they like to empty talk and blame one another on mistake. I came to conclusion only Plexus could accommodate managers like them. They would never survive if they were to move out of Plexus.
