Business Outlook
Pros
Good company but they use a temp agency to hire many employees. They hire and fire based on demand and its constantly changing. Its manufacturing so you can move around a lot. My managers were all really nice and not a ton of pressure to perform.
Cons
12 hour shifts from 6 to 6 were never fun. Little breaks during the day. Temp agency and HR don't screen well. We had a Felon on our team and he got in a fight outside with his girlfriend. Another mid level employee had a felony and went to jail on another one. Screening isn't good. People work there are all different education levels (meaning they are lower educated). Pay isn't great.
