Pros

Great people. It was advertised as a people company. And CEO always thanks the people. Management is approachable.

Cons

Definitely some favoritism. Some promotions are questioned by peers. I think as the company is growing it is losing alot of its family values. Workload is drastically increasing, but not so much on the headcount side.

Nice folks, decent pay at time, good experience. Clean workplace, emphasis on safety.

Management could be better, but not bad. Always chasing customer deadlines, but that is to be expected
