Challenging work, excellent people, some struggles - Staff Design Engineer Plexus Employee Review

The company has grown a lot in the last 10 years. I don't feel we've kept up with the growth and some of our processes and mindsets haven't evolved. Management (both middle and upper) come off as not embracing change and this hurts the employee. We feel like we are stuck in a rut and cannot get changes implemented. Benefits have been scaled back over the years and insurance costs (to the employee) have increased dramatically. I know all companies are facing challenges due to ObamaCare but the changes at Plexus are outrageous.
