I literally can't say enough good things about them. Never in a million years can I explain how much working at this company has completely changed my life. *extremely honest, kind, supportive and understanding management. Unlike anywhere else in the industry I've worked or heard of *great pay!!! *amazing benefits. They pay 100% of the health insurance premium and it's been lifesaving since my wife became disabled with some health issues and injured herself, resulting in two back to back surgeries. Between the understanding and time off given during what has been the hardest 3 months for our family ever and the amazing health insurance I can't express enough how grateful I am to work at plumbline. *they don't micromanage, but offer plenty of genuine support *they have a monthly bonus structure for employees that do sales (plumbers incl.) And they also pay you by the hour. If you're good at what you do, you can make SERIOUS money with the bonus structure. I've hit a $7000 bonus multiple times I my 6 months working here and that is in addition to really competitive hourly pay as well. I have never worked anywhere else that was essentially hourly and commission, usually its one or the other but i feel so much more financially secure with this system, especially during the first three months of the year when plumbing usually slows down for most businesses. At plumbline though, so far I haven't noticed a real slow down in calls during the slower season!
