Pros
I’ve been with Plumbline for a year now. They care about you and want you to move ahead. They have apprentice options. Their values mean a lot to them and they truly stick to them for both the customer and the employee. Bob Logan (President) is always working to improve himself and the company and is always open to feedback, which I find very admirable. Even if we don’t share the same political or religious views. As long as you are dedicated and a good person, he doesn’t care, and will treat you the same. There’s lots of great benefits including free health insurance. There are also opportunities for prizes and there are also parties and things. Definitely a moral booster. Great dedicated team and I highly recommend them to work for because this is probably the best employer I’ve ever had.
