      Very positive experience overall - Unfair structures and organisation from Sales teams are a negative - BDR Pluralsight Employee Review

      Pros

      - Good Remuneration/benefits - Friendly co-workers and good work environment generally (humanistic approach). -The company makes a conscious effort to recruit good/kind people and this is reflected in team structures. Big egos are generally not allowed. - Reasonably good/easy and well known product to sell - Unlimited PTO - Relaxed environment and employees are encouraged and allowed to manage their own workload. Generally not too much micromanagement - Supportive leaders/management who genuinely want you to progress in your career and will help you achieve your aims

      Cons

      - Lack of organisation/clarity across some areas of the company (HR, Sales Management, etc) - Unfair structures in territory management (some BDRs have thousands of accounts and others have hundreds, yet expectations of what to deliver is more or less the same for everyone) - Reasonably long wait time from BDR to AE/other promotions in the company (Generally minimum 18months, in most case 2years+) - A very repetitive role where you need a lot of patience and perseverance, the company should maybe consider expanding the job spec once you hit certain targets
