Pros

The insurance was pretty good. Not the best but it definitely wasn't the worst out there. Most of my co-workers were pleasant to work with.

Cons

Awful work environment. They will force year round mandatory overtime on you regardless of what you must do outside of work such as Dr. appointment, child care etc. You will not get a raise there. The bonus checks were cut down to almost nothing. At one time we would get $700 a quarter but now you will be lucky to get $100. There are no incentives to do your best there. The equipment there was run down and absolutely worn out. It was pitiful really, the things we had to do to make a quality part but yet they claim to be the top of the line in the industry. My advice,do not waste your time working there. You will not advance and you will not get a raise. You will not be treated fairly either. Find another job as soon as you can. It is not a career option for you, trust me...I worked there for almost 12 years.

Pros

The pay is pretty great. Your fellow employees are super diverse and it allows you to learn a lot about people of all cultures and walks of life.

Cons

You will be overworked and under valued. Depending on their relationship, leads and supervisors will absolutely talk about the employees in inappropriate ways. You will be treated with respect to your face unless you advocate for yourself. Ninety-nine percent of the time, there are cliques within leadership and generally they have very unfortunate views on people who were not born in the US regardless of their work ethic. If you excell at your job, you will be recognized and praised some days and scolded other days for not taking on the work of three different people. Some individuals don't actually care about the job and are just there for a paycheck. Safety is regarded as important in theory but not in reality. Quality is deemed as important, but in reality no one cares. Work-life balance is actually non-existent, no matter how much they claim otherwise.
