You will be overworked and under valued. Depending on their relationship, leads and supervisors will absolutely talk about the employees in inappropriate ways. If you excell at your job, you will be recognized and praised some days and scolded other days for not taking on the work of three different people. Some individuals don't actually care about the job and are just there for a paycheck. Safety is regarded as important in theory but not in reality. Quality is deemed as important, but in reality no one cares. Work-life balance is actually non-existent, no matter how much they claim otherwise.
