Pros
An amazing culture with incredible people who are supportive and helpful. Even during this difficult time of COVID-19, Podium has done an incredible job with helping maintain the work ethic and culture. People are willing to help and you are surrounded by people who will go the extra mile. This is a great place to work!
Cons
With the growth rates moving so fast it can be a challenge to keep up with the fast-moving pace. But overall, not a such a bad thing to deal with as Podium is so successful.
