Podium has a lot of growing pains -- some of which it hasn't fully addressed yet. It thinks you'll stay for the hype and growth potential, and so doesn't always pay competitive salaries, provide interesting work, or have a quiet, productive work environment. - Salaries not always competitive - Opportunities for promotion surprisingly limited - Huge amount of tech debt means you could spend most of your time fixing bugs and dousing fires - Immature software development process makes it hard to know what you should be doing
