Pros
Incredible people. The environment and energy is infectious which makes it easy to show up every day. It's also easy to believe in the product. We're really helping businesses in their every day operations.
Cons
Rapid growth we experience means that processes need to be changed often. It can be a bit chaotic. Things that were pitched to me in the interview process have completely changed. It hasn't been bad, but things change so quickly. Also, I've heard that Podium pays a bit on the low end compared to other companies in the Lehi area. I know it's true in my department. I don't know if that's completely true in other departments.
