Pros
A good place to start your SaaS career as it will teach you to work hard. Great product that is beneficial to local businesses.
Cons
Growing pains. Podium is looking to go public in the future and maintaining the growth trajectory is the absolute number one priority which can be frustrating and even detrimental as an employee. There seems to be less and less loyalty and support which leads to high turnover / burning through reps.
