      Snacks and weekly lunches. Some quality training to introduce you to sales.

      Cons

      The longer you're here, the more you realize how micromanaged you are. If you aren't calling 50 people per day, you can fill the shame and disappointment. Even knowing that doctors have receptionists who answer the phones and sending a text or email would be more effective, if you don't call, you are looked down on.
