      Awesome team interactions and the Training library was really well built and comprehensive

      Cons

      I would have liked a little more structure throughout the training process as well as a time in the first manager meeting to sit down and really define goals and expectations for the coming quarter. A more extensive example list of EBR's,QBR's ETC. would also have been very helpful.
