      - Great people - Great product - Slick office - Lots of perks and good incentives

      Cons

      - There's a strong and toxic bro culture at Podium which never seems to gets addressed. - Clear favouritism. Rules don't seem to apply to the top performers who get rewarded/promoted regardless of how they behave to others. - Limited support after onboarding - some people get far more coaching and help than others
