Pros
Podium is a great company where the values claimed are actually held to. The company is filled with kind individuals who truly want to help you to be successful. On top of that, everyone you work with cares about helping local businesses win and the well being of Podium customers. Positive work culture. Lots of great incentives.
Cons
Nothing has been bad at Podium so far. Wish I would have found the company sooner! I have only observed this since I have only been with the company for a few months but I have noticed the unlimited PTO isn't always what it seems. I do wish there was more of a focus on taking time for yourself and quotas would take that into consideration.
