      - Cool buildings - Nice swag - Benefits are good -

      Cons

      - Onboarding and training for Enterprise SDR did not exist. A lot of it was self teaching. No communication from leadership - I remember asking while I was at Podium when a lot of leadership was leaving "what the hell is going on?". We were all told that we would be notified when more information is available, they don't know, or typically just never got an answer. - Company picks and chooses what information to divulge to certain individuals. - Company heavily favors certain individuals
