-Fantastic culture, love the emphasis on "murder drama" -Tons of smart people working to create a great product and customer experience -Fantastic work/life balance -great leaders who are invested in helping you succeed not only in your role but also your career. -The energy and direction is amazing, especially from the CEO/Exec team
Cons
-Growing pains, it's hard to deal with sometimes but growing is a good thing -Fast paced, can be a con to some. I love it most days.
