Pros
There are a lot of pros, but if I had to list a few I would have to start with the employees. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Everyone is always open to questions and ready to help you learn and grow. The job itself is amazing too. This does not just go for my position. Every position is given the right amount of work and the best part is if you exceed your expectation and do more than expected, you will be rewarded for it. Another positive thing about Podium is that they want you to succeed. If you find something that you are good at, chances are you will be put there. They want you to be happy and be your best self at work.
Cons
This is not necessarily a con, but if you do work in the customer success department there will definitely be days when clients of Podium can be harsh on you. This comes with any job that involves customer service though. I came from running a clothing store in Florida and trust me, customers are way worse there. Podium clients are mostly understanding and more mature because they are trying to run a business themselves so they understand things can happen. Overall I wouldn't trade anything to be at Podium. The clients here are so much easier to work with versus other places. We are also trained a lot better at Podium to know how to deescalate customers so that helps too.
