Pros
They seem to care a lot for their employees, the culture is fun, and they do well at celebrating wins.
Cons
If you're not a fan of change, then this isn't the place. Some growing pains, but overall the changes are for the better. There are always gripes about adjustments in any org, but with Podium scaling there have been a few back to back changes. Again, for the better but there's a lot of pivoting.
