      Pros

      Pay in R&D departments are a little under market, but not too bad. R&D leadership is rad, good smart folks -- CPO/CTO are both killer.

      Cons

      Rest of company (sales, support) is very bro-y, very sales-y. Utah culture is... weird. Not a fan. Hyper positive outwardly, but lowkey passive aggressive and and clique-ish.
