Pros
- pto and benefits are decent - peers are great and there's some really great talent - product has great potential
Cons
- management does trial and error rather than listening to employees - job scope has expanded but pay hasn't matched that or inflation - just conducted sudden layoffs - they took away 401k matching while sending mini fridges to all their employees after saying they are looking to 'cut costs'
