Pros

I have worked at Podium for almost 6 years and the honeymoon phase has never left for me. Because of the innovating and fast growth, every year feels like I am working at a new company with new and exciting challenges to solve. I personally love the fast pace/grind that Podium requires every day. The mission of Podium to 'help local business win' is not blowing smoke. We constantly have business owners presenting at Podium on how our product has changed the way they operate and has helped them gather new leads and customers. It is so rewarding and validating to help these business thrive and an easy mission to get behind. One of my favorite reasons I work at Podium is their vulnerability. Every company makes mistakes, and Podium's leadership owns it. We have had products, leaders, and teams flop. But we fail fast, correct, and keep going. We call out fails at almost every meeting and it is so refreshing to hear and learn from other peoples mistakes, even from the executive team.

Cons

Podium will ask a lot from you and give a lot back in return. I truly believe you will learn more at Podium in 2 years then you would at any other company for 5 years. This pace is not for everyone, and I think you need to be honest with yourself if you are up for it. BUT for those that want to be apart of building an amazing company during a hyper growth stage, you'll freaking love it.
