Pros
Few and far between. A good culture is not solely made of free drinks, snacks, lunches and games-but I digress, those are the pros. Pay was good albeit crazy as they pay multiple people on every sales transaction.
Cons
The idea of everyone “Be(ing) a Founder” is ludicrous. It fosters self-entitlement by entry level 20-somethings and a real lack of strategic direction within the organization. Customer service is non-existent internally and externally. Lots of yes people and no strategic direction provided; this starts at the top and filters down.
