Pros

Product is great, it legitimately helps the businesses that use it.

Cons

I was very invested in Podium at the beginning. I worked very hard and did what I could to get better as a sales person. I was also hired with about 25 other AE's, and am the last one left. In my almost 1 year here, I've had 10-15 team members leave and 2 separate managers. Being remote is very difficult at Podium. My manager at the time would consistently not respond to slack messages, skipped 1 on 1's, which is the only 30 minutes I got with him every week, and didn't listen to or join any of my demo's until the month he was demoted. Things also rapidly change and information that could help during demos gets passed around and you won't hear about it until a few weeks later. You are only a # at Podium. Management and the exec team will tell you otherwise and tell you corporate bs like you need to fight until the end and give everything you have. People did that and were suddenly laid off. No loyalty. Overall, being an AE at Podium is very stressful and as my former manager once told me, "The juice just ain't worth the squeeze".
