Pros
Podium is my local family. I started in tech over 4 years ago moving to Utah from out of state just to start a new career path. The people make the difference here. I have made some amazing friends at Podium as they hire the best employees around. As a sales person I could also not ask for a better product to sell. It truly does make a difference for local business owners which makes it easy to get passionate about as I sell.
Cons
As with all tech companies things move fast and you must be flexible. Territories are going to change, you leaders and teams will shift over time. Systems will be added and moved over time. This is more a sign of the quick rapid growth more than a flaw.
