Pros
Podium has an incredible product market fit. The more I invest into Podium and put in effort, Podium has invested into me with roles, responsibility, and pay. Podium does require a high level of effort but will reward those that make the effort.
Cons
The years have been filled of consistent change. As a high growth company, it’s to be expected but can at times be difficult.
