Pros
Podium starts SDR's out at 58k OTE per year. Which is lower than a lot of SDR SaaS roles. However they have a super drive track to get you promoted to well over 6 figures in exactly a year with promotions every 3-5 months.
Cons
Not really a con about the employer but you have to be a self motivator and self starter to succeed here. They don't train you a whole lot to start you off. If you can make it out the gate you will find immaculate success.
