Pros
Quick growth path. Fun atmosphere. Great culture and people to work with. The career path has changed my life. I've seen so many people grow not just myself. This year Podium has stepped it up, making a push to better train and help employees grow from the start to be successful. I've loved my time at Podium and don't intend to leave soon.
Cons
Lots of changes, but for the most part do a good job to keep it together. No 401k Match.
