- Clear KPI’s - Opportunities for growth as an IC or Leader - Senior and executive leaders have a clear vision for the company - Solid base product, complimented by a product/design team that has the vision to transform product over the next few years - Great sales leadership and IC’s, who want to collaborate with CX counterparts
Cons
- Culture around hitting KPIs can lead to burnout for some - Hustle culture can be a negative for those who want to only work 9-5 - High turnover in CS/CX in recent years, due to strategic decisions from execs who’re not longer with the company. This in slowly being repaired, but made 2021/2022 turbulent for most customer facing roles.
