- Every decision was top down and too much emphasis was on constantly shipping instead of scaling something reliable - Testing was just, not done. They loved to test in production and did little to invest in QA or pre-production testing. What's worse, proposing anything of the sort was shot down completely because it "was slow" - Rigid eng culture.
