Pros
I started here as an SDR and, within a year and a half, I am now an AE3. Podium is a company that will accept you for who you are, push you to grow, and foster your talent. Every team lead I've worked for has been unique, and I learned from all of them.
Cons
Month to month quotas can be tough, and Podium will absolutely push you. You have to be thick skinned...but if you are, you'll do fine.
