      Some really great people start here and move into bigger better opportunities. Pay plans were good at first.

      Cons

      Pay plans for sales team dependent on other teams performance. Focus on products that don’t meat current competitor capabilities is more important than total closed revenue. Greater focus on daily metrics over performance.
