Pros
Podium is aligned across all orgs, and every team is producing great results. I have had several long-timers say they have never seen Podium more focused an aligned around what is most important. Execution is strong across each team I've seen.
Cons
We're moving so fast that internal communications can improve. Sometimes decisions are made in one group, and communication doesn't make it to every other impacted team.
