Pros
Very fun customer base - solving problems for local businesses is refreshing. Always something new to work on. The overall employee base is fun to be around - genuinely great people at all levels.
Cons
CEO exec team are skilled and gritty - perfect for the initial startup stage. The business unfortunately grew faster than they did. Eric wants to win but isn't a good fit for this scale. It's disappointing to see him guess, check and reorg instead of executing (or hiring) correctly. This lack of stability fosters a weird boys club culture; people move teams so often that employees see reorgs as advancement opportunities (seriously). This is why you see folks reference a "Game of Thrones" environment inside. Proceed with caution.
