Pros
Rapidly growing company with a great culture and lots of advancement potential. They are committed to creating jobs in Vermont and providing opportunities for career growth. The fast paced expansion means there is ample opportunity to develop new skills and demonstrate creative problem solving. Leadership is dedicated and always willing to listen and help.
Cons
Some growing pains naturally accompany this rate of expansion (infrastructure, organizational structure) but this is actively being worked on, and is a good problem to have. That aside, I haven't experienced any cons!
