Lots of close-knit developers working together to solve problems in a collaborative environment, you'll learn a lot!
Cons
Crazy amount of micro-management from the bloated reporting structure that wastes time on throw-away feature work because nobody can get aligned with what needs to be done. Throwing more directors at the problem isn't the solution, who knew? Has potential but needs to get out of its own way and promote from within instead of absorbing the dealer.com culture. We've gone FAR away from what made Polly a great place to work.
